Fusil-HC Cream (5g) combines fusidic acid (an antibiotic) with hydrocortisone (a corticosteroid). This combination is used to treat bacterial skin infections that also involve inflammation, such as infected eczema, dermatitis, or impetigo. Fusidic acid helps stop bacterial growth, while hydrocortisone reduces inflammation, redness, and itching.
